Email ghostpssd@gmail.com if you have completed a genome test or would like to donate to the project.
WELCOME!
I am collecting genomes from PSSD sufferers for analysis. Our program (below) is open-source, but the data is private and names are stripped from the data-sets. I’ll never share the data with anyone, but will compile de-identified meta-data.
Please send all data to ghostpssd@gmail.com in a .txt file you get from 23andMe.
The more data we have, the better.

(The cheaper of the two tests will work, but the more expensive one might be of personal interest to you as well. All I really care about is the raw data. If you have trouble affording your test I can help you pay for it)
(GeneFreq program from PSSDLab)
The GeneFreq program family is part of the PSSD Genome Project. It is developed by user “Ciprofloxacin” from the PSSD Forum and runs using Python.
Genetics loads the gun and environment pulls the trigger.
